ShowbizData reports that with the success of the selling of TV Shows on DVD, and the popularity of direct-to-video movies, producers are trying a new concept - DIRECT TO VIDEO TELEVISION SERIES. Producers of the Fox hit "24" will release a direct to video DVD series with similar concepts, but revolving around separate casts.

Isn't that called "LAW AND ORDER?"
