HACK ATTACK

Nokia's N-Gage has been hacked, and the games are being shared over the internet.
I'm shocked!

The $11 Ritz Disposable DIGITAL Camera has also been hacked as some genius teen with a computer figured out how to get the images off the camera without thrashing it or sending it in.

THERE IS NO BLACK IPOD
According to THE GIZ, Apple issued a photo of a backlit iPod in order to show off the features of it's display. Now a magazine has created a buzz about it and you can be that everyone thinks a new BLACK iPod is on the way and WANTS ONE! That's a happy problem for Mr. Jobs.

WI-FI: THE NEXT GENERATION
WiFi revolutionized computing. Now 802.15.3a UWB will take it to new heights. UWB: ultrawideband, low-power wireless data networks will allow for speeds of up to 400 megs a second. YIKES! The only thing holding it back appears to be a brewing "standards" war. When, oh when will the tech companies learn?!

PEER PRESSURE
As if college wasn't hard enough without "playtism." Students who share their iTunes playlists are being "shunned" because of their music tastes!

SHARE A MOVIE, GO TO JAIL
There's a bill making it's way through Congress which will make it a crime, punishable by up to 3 years in prison, for sharing a movie online before it's released in theaters. And if you actually record it on a camcorder in the theater? You're lookin' at losing 5 years of your life. The bill is sponsored by Senator Dianne Feinstein who got more than a cool QUARTER MILLION from Hollywood this year.

Meanwhile, Kazaa is selling a movie via P2P.

YOU'RE SURROUNDED
The New Scientist reports that SURROUND SOUND can now be accomplished with just ONE speaker! Sweet.

YOUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK
The Department of Energy has to spend nearly 2 MILLION of America's tax dollars to replace locks at one of it's high security Nuke labs because an employee lost their keys!

ONLY IN THE MOVIES
