In an effort to attract cooler students, Duke University is now offering a free ipod incoming freshman. The iPod will be pre-loaded with Duke-related content and will allow students to download supplementary university material in addition to being able to play music.

The US Army is developing an MRE (meal ready to eat) which will be dehydrated and which soldiers can hydrate by ... well, there's no easy way to say this ... soldiers will be able to hydrate their food by PEEING on it! While it may be true that an Army travels on it's stomach, what genius thought that up? I mean, it's practical, but if you keep this up, we really WILL have an Army of one!
