LAST CHANCE TO SEND A MESSAGE ABOUT THE INDUCE ACT

Earlier this month, E-R did a note about the INDUCE ACT aka The Inducing Infringement of Copyrights Act (S.2560), which extends copyright liability to companies that "induce" copyright infringement.

This would mean that cutting edge electronica like you TIVO, VCR, iPod, and CD burners - even the cassette tape recorder in your stereo, wouldn't get developed without permission from Hollywood. PERIOD.

And tomorrow, they vote on it. Let Orin Hatch and the rest of those on the RIAA Payroll that you won't take it.
